September 12, Saturday, 6-9 pm come enjoy traditional Mexican food – chicken mole and pambazo PLUS a welcome tequila shot AND all beer or margaritas you can drink!⠀

Mexican chicken mole (pronounced mo-LAY) is the most traditional, almost the country's national dish. This thick, rich sauce is often served with meats and rice. Making mole is a time-consuming labor of love, usually reserved for special occasions, such as Mexican Independence Day this coming Saturday!⠀

"Pambazo" is a sandwich made of a particular type of bread stuffed with potatoes and chorizo and then drenched in a guajillo sauce, served with lettuce, cheese, and cream.⠀
