中山乃廣東省一大名，風景如畫，八景中有一為六棉古徑。此徑種有六棵木棉，景色怡人，有古樸風雅之感。酒家取名“六棉”，是希望食客能感受一種古樸風味，於菜式設計上。參考經典粵菜菜譜的同時，還不時尋求變化，創作各種精緻佳餚美點，為食客帶來更多驚喜。
