鸞鳴獲得2026年「米芝蓮必比登」推介，我們非常驚喜和感動，這是一個團隊共同努力的認證。
三年前，我們懷著對泰國料理的熱愛，在充滿變數與未知的環境下踏上這條路。每段旅程，都絕非一帆風順。我們經歷過挑戰，面對過外在的壓力；也曾在無數個夜晚，為了一道菜反覆調整食材比例和烹調手法；每一位夥伴，無論多忙碌、多辛苦，都沒有放棄研發菜式，沒有因環境艱難而裹足不前，只希望每一位來到這裡的朋友，都能嚐到「不願被框限」的料理靈魂和感受到NOK SONG堅持自我和勇於創新。
今天得到「米芝蓮必比登」的肯定，這份榮耀不只是屬於 NOK SONG，更屬於每一位相信我們的顧客，和那一群堅守崗位、勇於挑戰的夥伴們。
每一道菜的背後，是我們Chef與團隊的創作、努力、彼此的鼓勵和支持。謝謝每一位顧客的信任與肯定，是你們給我們力量、不斷突破自我，推向更高的層次。
這是一個新的起點，未來我們會繼續踏實走好每一步，向更多元的可能性邁進。

Three years ago, driven by our love for Thai cuisine and a sense of responsibility, we started this journey in a world full of uncertainties and challenges. The path has been far from smooth—we have faced difficulties, unknown pressures, and countless late nights refining recipes and techniques, just to create dishes that truly touch the heart.
Yet even in the toughest times, we have always believed: staying true to ourselves and daring to innovate are the core values of NOK SONG. No matter how hectic or challenging it got, every team member stood firm and never gave up on developing new dishes. Despite the hardships, we pressed on, hoping that every guest who visits us can taste the unrestrained spirit behind every creation.
Today, being recognized by the Bib Gourmand isn’t just an honor for NOK SONG—it belongs to every guest who believed in us, and to every team member who showed resilience and creativity in the face of adversity.
Behind every dish is a dialogue , a negotiation with ingredients, and the support and encouragement we give each other. Thank you to every guest for your trust and recognition. It is your support that gives us the strength to surpass ourselves and elevate to new heights.
This is not the end, but a new beginning. We will continue to move forward with humility, never forgetting our roots, and always striving towards even more possibilities.
