《米其林指南》除了綜合美味、服務和環境給予餐廳星級評價，還會就料理有品質且經濟實惠的餐館授予必比登推薦，今年的上海《米其林指南》就有2家台商開的餐廳上榜。 主打tapas料理的西班牙餐廳alma，跟台灣手搖飲料店快樂檸檬系出同源，這家個人平均消費在人民幣200元以下。人氣菜色牛油果鮮蝦脆薄餅，將香煎阿根廷紅蝦放在鋪了酪梨泥的薄餅上，潤口酪梨襯出了薄餅香脆，蝦肉搭著清香萊姆皮、十分開胃。以海鮮高湯烹煮的海鮮飯，粒飽吸鮮濃海味並帶米芯咬感，做法十分道地。 台灣人熟悉的鼎泰豐無論分店開到哪兒，小籠包都維持皮薄汁多的一貫水準，因此這回也在必比登推薦平價美食榜上有名，來這裡不能錯過的還有馬蘭頭這道滬式涼...
