O'Mills' first Shenzhen location began its soft opening on December 24 and will officially open on New Year's Day. Located at CL118, L1, West Garden, Block C, Shenzhen Bay MIXC.
Centered around 72-hour slow-fermented sourdough, the menu features sourdough bread, pizza, sandwiches, house-brewed kombucha, and a range of fermented offerings, alongside vegan, keto, gluten-free and sugar-free options—suited for both brunch and bistro dining.
In Shenzhen, we hope to bring fermentation back into everyday life: healthy and naturally comforting.
