CUIVRE became reality after receiving friend's phone call after an amazing journey in Provence. CUIVRE is a French word used originally as cooking wares, standing for copper. We are mainly drawing modern cuisine coming from traditional recipes in a friendly atmosphere. Only fresh products are used in our cuisine, our vegetables and fruits are coming from "Madame Avocado", Known as Avocado lady.

It was supposed to be only for 2 years… 16 years after, it is time to say good bye. Shanghai we will miss you!
