Last week, one last salad. Our personal favorite one. Dakos 🇬🇷
Greek Paximadi, Heirloom Tomatoes, Capers, Olives, Red Onions and Mizithra Cheese.

We are overwhelmed by all your messages and reactions regarding the closing of Chüelebrunne. Thank you for your support and understanding!
The last two weeks were intense at Chüelebrunne. Many of you wanted to eat pizza & salad one last time. Unfortunately we had to turn down some of you as we had limited amount of pizza dough.
This weeks seems to be no different. We recommend you to reserve or pre-order as early as possible. Our sourdough needs 72 hours until it lands on your plate -or in your pizza box-, so an early notice would helps us plan better.
Also due to many reservations, we open early at 16:00 on Sunday. We will be welcoming you with a refreshing drink to bid our farewell. We are looking forward to seeing you!

This is how we started making pizza!
Over the years we did many pop-ups and finally found ourselves a solid roof with Rössli Zumikon. But unfortunately, after many years of pizza baking and great memories we will be closing Pizzeria Chüelebrunne at the end of August.

As you can imagine, this is a difficult decision for us. Because over the years, guests have become friends - and many encounters have turned into genuine cooperations.

But there is no time to shed tears, because there is still a lot to do! We will soon be opening a new take-away window at and will be promoting good quality and regionality there too.

It remains to be seen whether we will one day reopen the pizzeria at a different location. In any case, we recommend that you continue to subscribe to our newsletter in case there is any news in the future.

Finally, we would like to thank you for your support from the very beginning, from when we were still baking pizza under a tent in front of our barn, then at the Zumiker Märt where we sold ravioli, galettes and cakes, to the first pop-up in the Rössli during the 2018 World Cup.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who has supported us over the last 10 years.
