Grazing boxes and platters

Taking a bit of time to share some recent pictures this morning - this was a special Charcuterie and Cheese platter.
Now off for more shopping and sourcing of gorgeous products ahead of tomorrow’s/this weekend’s orders.
There are many projects ongoing here - why do days only have 24 hours?! 😅 - and I can’t wait to share more soon!

Finally able to share a few pictures of the grazing table I created last week at .cocktailbar.
Such tables are quite tricky to capture but hopefully the joy, colors, abundance and warmth of the platters and props on this gorgeous dark wood table come through. A shame the smell of eucalyptus, brie, olives and bread doesn’t though 😋
I had a blast creating this, and leaving my absolutely wonderful client with a big smile on her face, ready to welcome her guests and knowing she was set to enjoy her party and create memories - this is truly the essence of what I do and my « why », as cheesy as it sounds! (pun a little bit intended) 😄

Hi there I’m back! 🙋🏻‍♀️
So as some noticed I took a little time off posting on here. One reason is that I had larger orders to deal with and focus on and these kept me pretty busy.
The other reason is that I guess I grew tired of evolving and feeling compared to other businesses who have a different way of growing their audience and getting attention. As I’m not buying any single like or follower, this account is not growing as fast as some other options of the Zürich grazing space. For some time, I thought being apparently less « popular » would impair my ability to build relationships, partnerships and attract potential new customers; still, I didn’t want to go down that route.
Fortunately, what happened in the last weeks proved me wrong and gave me confidence that I’m sailing just as should be and building the most meaningful relationships 🙏🏻.
It ended up being the most creative and rewarding time - will share more pics soon - and I’m grateful I could take that deep breath and put things into perspective. I know I stand exactly where I should stand and this feel very empowering 🙌
Fellow business owners - this entrepreneurship thing is quite the journey, isn’t it? 😅

This week, I had the chance to support the amazing Nicolle in delivering this box to a customer in Zürich for a special global event! It was a joy to work with her and her feedback was wonderful to hear (more to come in my stories).

I’ve been doing less of these small boxes lately as there tends to be bigger gatherings but I love these. There are quite small but fit so much food and really are like a surprise box.
They are great for a virtual meeting or a gift, or even simply a nice date night.

There are still a few Mother’s Day ‘Baskets of Joy’ left for Sunday 😋
The apero box that is included has Morbier, Manchego, Salami Cremona IGP, black olive tapenade, olives and caper fruits, onion relish, nuts and even some fresh fruits. Yes, we can fit that much in it! 😊
And there are also crackers on the side 😊

Very happy to be back after last week’s break - it was great but I actually missed a bit the kitchen, so it feels good to get started with this week’s orders!

A bespoke order we did this week for a lovely customer who wanted to treat her friend 💐
Designed a bit like the Easter box was, with a combination of charcuterie, cheese, crudités and dips (and a specially requested avocado dip 😋).
And I’m thinking now I should have something like this as a standard product. Please tell me what you think in the comments!
