THE OMNIA has once again been named Switzerland’s best hotel in the Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Awards Best of the Best 2026. We are also proud to be ranked among the Top 25 Hotels in Europe.

This places THE OMNIA among the top 1% of hotels worldwide. Tripadvisor’s Best of the Best award is reserved for hotels that consistently receive an exceptional number of outstanding guest reviews over a twelve-month period. Fewer than 1% of the more than eight million listings on Tripadvisor achieve this highest level of recognition.

The most memorable days are made of details you don’t always see.

Back in November, we brought our teams together for a different kind of seasonal onboarding. This time, we created space for the bigger picture: not only what’s new this season, or what we’re offering, but how we want to work together.

We talked about what we want to keep, what we want to stop, and what we want to strengthen — across the hotel, as one team. It was about taking time together to talk openly, align, and start the season truly connected.

Looking back, it’s one of those moments we’re genuinely proud of, because it made our employer branding work feel tangible. Not as a concept, but in everyday life, across every department.

A small behind-the-scenes glimpse into that workshop — shared now, while the season is still in motion.
