Dirty Weekend Brunch is BACK at The Bite😎🍳 This time with a menu that’s full of tastes that will hit you for the first time.

Saturdays 11:00 - 15:00

Here’s some highlights…

THE MORNING GLORY BURGER: tender pulled veal brisket, two poached eggs, truffle hollandaise, crispy onions & chives on toasted brioche

THE BREAKFAST BURGER: 140g Swiss beef patty, melted cheddar, fried egg, bacon jam, hashbrown and maple aioli served on a toasted tumeric bun, werved with breakfast fries

THE FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST: two fried eggs, nuremberg sausages, bacon, sautéed mushrooms, grilled tomato, baked beans, hash browns & toasted sourdough bread

THE GREEN QUEEN: green shakshuka with spinach, two eggs, avocado & feta. served with toasted sourdough bread. Vegan option: with portobello

NUTELLA BANANA PANCAKES: fluffy, hits that sweet tooth. Need we say more? 🤤

Two things.

1. We‘ve got a brand new Chef‘s Special by .vanderkeucken🔪 called The Legend // with a kurkuma bun, aromat mayo, pickled red onions, and melted mountain cheese. It’s a legend because it’s freaking delicious. Available for lunch & dinner until 16. June.

2. Our fur friends are coming to visit us and we are so damn excited. Here’s a couple that we got a snap of recently. Note to the public: PLEASE BRING YOUR DOGS. We need more pet power in the house🫵🏽🐶 Also we included a pic of Falkor from the Neverending Story🎬 because he touched our lives during childhood.

🏒Hockey World Cup 2026🏒

Switzerland will be hosting the tournament this year, from May 15 - 31st🧨 16 teams going head-to-head for the championship title. Who do you think is going to win? Come join us before, during or after the matches.

The Bite is the (unofficial) viewing spot to watch all games during our normal opening hours 7 days a week. Starting on May 15 with Team USA🇺🇸 v. Switzerland🇨🇭 at 7:20pm for puck drop. It’s not one to miss!

On special during the tournament is The Bite’s very own GORDIE HOWE HATTRICK —> 🍔 a toasted pretzel bun, 170g of prime Swiss beef, pickled red onions, bacon-maple jam, golden garlic aioli & served with fries, a pint of beer and 2cl shot of Beaver Dram Canadian Whiskey - all for CHF 39.50.

Today’s a huge milestone for us. It marks the last day of working together with our incredible leader, friend and forever family member

She’s been with the company for the past 6.5y and has worked her way up from her first serving internship at and eventually took on the role of GM of The Bite over the last 3 years. Pädsy, we’re extremely grateful to you for your commitment, drive and incredible energy you brought to your guests and team over the years. Very proud of you and we’re excited to see you kick ass in your next role!

Hattrick Challenge Vol. III … down a triple decker burger, animal fries and a large beer in the fastest time in order to become the champion. Congratulations to Timo Schäfer who is our new crowning champion👑
His burger creation will soon be launched on our menu snd available to order this season 7 days a week!
