ASIPULO CIVET COFFEE °°° TASTE THE MYTH °°° (orders via www.civetcoffee.cc) Civet Coffee is considered best and most exclusive coffee in the world.

It is named after the civet cat (paradoxurus hermaphroditus philippiniensis) and therefore called „cat coffee“ too. Our Asipulo Civet Coffee origins from the natural paradise and cordillera highland of Asipulo in Ifugao province, Philippines. The marvelous region with its ancient rice terraces and archaic coffee culture is a UNESCO world heritage. The shade grown coffee, which is traditionally cultivated by the Ifugao people, ripens in natural coffee farms in the steep mountain rainforest. All Asipulo Civet Coffee is eaten and naturally enriched by free and wild living civets. The weasel-like animal only selects the ripest and sweetest coffee cherries and improves the chemical composition of the coffee bean by means of a stomach-acid wet fermentation. The result is a uniquely mild, full and long lasting aroma.
