tivated by the Ifugao people, ripens in natural coffee farms in the steep mountain rainforest. All Asipulo Civet Coffee is eaten and naturally enriched by free and wild living civets. The weasel-like animal only selects the ripest and sweetest coffee cherries and improves the chemical composition of the coffee bean by means of a stomach-acid wet fermentation. The result is a uniquely mild, full and long lasting aroma.
