Dear Gourmets

For this dinner we have been inspired by the fantastic Saffron from Surselva and Obwalden produced by Sandra and Urs Durrer http://www.safranerei.ch/
They will both be present talking about the start and the development of the production.

We will cook a 6 course menu with Saffron in each course.

Of course we will serve adequate wines with each course, choosen by Sascha Pauli of Urban und Ich http://www.urbanundich.ch

The costs are CHF 150 with the wine and CHF 120 without the wines.

The dinner take place at Rothstrasse 26, 8057 Zürich.
We will start with an aperitive at 7 pm, Saturday 18 November 2017
