Today we found stole some time from the restaurant renovation to experiment with a bread, one of my favourites. Super crunchy and well coloured outside and soft and light inside!

As we are in mood, we decided to try baking some ! Looked a little fatter to fit my equipment, but taste and texture were exactly like the originals!

This is a wonderful brioche bread created after being requested by some followers. I am sorry the picture doesn’t show the fragrance, but I think the softness and briochenes is fully visible.
Please let us know if you there are any food or bread that you miss, so that we can put some research on it and hopefully offer it at Granò!
