Behind every pie, every coffee, and every early morning at Fyllo, there are people with a dream.

Fyllo was built by two siblings who grew up in a family of bakers, where flour on our hands and early mornings were simply part of life.

Today, George is still the first to arrive. Before Zurich wakes up, he’s already handcrafting every pie, every pastry, and every bake with the same passion, care, and tradition that have been passed down through generations.

Alongside her full-time career, Vasiliki is the person behind the scenes keeping everything together. From logistics and payments to coordinating the day-to-day operations, she makes sure everything runs smoothly. And every Saturday, you’ll find her behind the counter, ready to welcome you with a smile, serve you personally, and share our love for Greek hospitality.

And then there’s Konstantinos, the driving force behind Fyllo’s growth. From building partnerships and ensuring every customer receives outstanding care to helping shape our future, he works every day to ensure that our small bakery is growing.

It isn’t always easy.

There are early mornings, long days, late nights, and moments when we wonder if there are enough hours in the day. But then someone walks through our doors, tells us, “This tastes just like home,” or comes back for the third time that week… and we’re reminded exactly why we started.

Fyllo has never been just about pastries or coffee.

It’s about family. It’s about tradition. It’s about taking the recipes we grew up with and sharing a little piece of Greece with Zurich. Every pie we fold by hand, every coffee we serve, and every customer we welcome is part of that story.

Not with bread, but with something closer to home: traditional Greek pies, bougatsa and recipes that carry the taste of generations.

Everything was made by hand, with patience, simplicity, and respect for tradition. Those same recipes, unchanged, are what we continue to share today in Zurich.

This is more than what we serve it’s where we come from.
