Coffee doesn’t happen with just one person. ☕
It takes farmers, producers, exporters, importers, roasters, baristas, researchers, educators, technicians—and so many others along the way.
Today, we’re celebrating all the people behind coffee and the connections that bring us together, from seed to sip.

Happy International Coffee Day! đŸŒ±â€ïž

Plot twist: your fridge and your coffee aren't friends. đŸ„¶

We know, we know — cool, dark, sealed sounds like the perfect fit. But your fridge is actually a humid little gathering of onions, garlic, and last night's leftovers, all quietly working their way into your beans.

Coffee is porous. It soaks up moisture and odors like a sponge. Every time that door opens, temperature swings and condensation creep in — and neither does your morning cup any favors.

We roast every batch with care, so here's how to keep that care intact once it's home with you:

→ A cool, dark, dry spot in your cupboard
→ A sealed container — or the original bag, closed properly
→ Enjoy it within a few weeks of the roast date, when the flavor is at its best

Stocking up or buying in bulk? Freezing sealed, unopened coffee works well. Just not your everyday bag — that one deserves a spot on the counter, not in the cold.

Heat is on. Flavor's up. đŸ”„â˜•

The roaster's been roaring since last week — beans turning gold, aromas filling the room, and that first crack sound we've genuinely missed. The espresso machine's warmed up too, ready to turn the freshest roast into your next perfect shot.

We missed roasting. We missed brewing. We missed you.

Come taste today's drops — fresh, small-batch, and worth the wait.

We're back! ☕✹

Our holiday is officially over, and honestly? We missed you. Not just as customers — as friends. The regulars who know their order before we even ask, the new faces who became familiar ones, the conversations over the counter that made this place feel like more than just a cafĂ©.

So consider this your personal invite: come say hi, grab your favorite cup, and let's pick up right where we left off. Can't make it in? We've got you covered online too — same passion, same care, delivered straight to your door.

Holiday's over. The flavor's back. See you soon. đŸ€Ž
