Café Santa Helena - Specialty Organic Coffee Café Santa Helena is a Specialty Coffee, 100% Arabica, single origine, organic certified, fair-trade from Brazil.

For 7 generations our coffee has been cultivate in our plantations in Minas Gerais, southern Brazil, at an altitude of 1200 meters, ideal for growing quality coffee. Ever since we started cultivating our coffee plantations in the 19th century, we have never used pesticides or chemicals that could harm the soil or the plants. Our coffee is harvested by hand, without the use of industrial machines,

carefully selected into micro-lots, and dried under the sun. We roast our coffee in a wood roaster in an artisanal manner, in Switzerland, in the magnificent Engadine mountains. This slow process enhances the taste and aroma of the coffee beans, which has notes of caramel, chocolate, honey, and hints of walnuts and fruits.
