This summer, we continue our journey between the Alps and India with a menu shaped by local Engadin produce, bold flavours and thoughtful sourcing. Expect familiar favourites alongside a selection of new seasonal dishes — from Alpine Saibling with citrus and Indian spices to heirloom tomatoes at their peak and flame-kissed Swiss peaches celebrating the abundance of summer.
