With more than three decades in professional kitchens, Ibrahim brings an impressive depth of experience to our kitchen - from restaurants and hotels across Milan, including Marriott and NH, to leading his own kitchens.

His experience spans Italian cuisine, meat, fish, pastry and creative cooking.🧑🏻‍🍳
