Not all heroes wear skis… some run on coffee, fast breaks and pure team spirit ☕️

Behind every plate, every smile, every sunny terrace moment there’s this crew. The early mornings, the chaos you don’t see, the laughs you definitely would hear.

Thank you for the hard work, the energy, the inside jokes, the “we’ll fix it” attitude. You made this season what it was ❤️🐝

And to our guests and all the familiar faces, the “see you tomorrow” – thank you for coming back, again and again, and turning Plattjen into more than just a stop on the slopes 🙏

We close the doors for now… but the stories, the laughs and the energy stay right here.
