Mentre un’altra bellissima stagione si avvicina lentamente alla fine, voglio semplicemente dire grazie.
Alla mia fantastica squadra: grazie per il vostro impegno, la vostra energia e la passione che mettete ogni giorno. Sono davvero orgoglioso di voi.
Grazie, Madre Natura, per quello che sei e per tutto quello che ci regali. È stata un’estate lunga, molto calda e molto secca — quasi un’estate senza fine — ma anche piena di bellissime giornate e serate meravigliose da vivere all’aperto. Per il lavoro che facciamo, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di goderci ogni momento.
E soprattutto grazie a tutti voi, i nostri ospiti, che continuate a tornare, a sostenerci e ad apprezzare l’amore e l’impegno che mettiamo in quello che facciamo.
Per me questa è la 20ª stagione. Non sempre facile, ma ne vale sempre la pena — e sempre con passione.
Venite a godervi con noi le ultime settimane della stagione, con il nostro nuovo menu di selvaggina, il cervo nostrano e tutti i sapori dell’autunno. 🍁

As another beautiful season slowly comes to an end, I just want to say thank you.
To my amazing team — thank you for your hard work, your energy, and the passion you bring every single day. I’m so proud of you.
Thank you, Mother Nature, for being exactly what you are and for everything you give us. It’s been a long, hot and very dry summer — almost an endless summer — but also one filled with beautiful days and incredible evenings outdoors. For the kind of work we do, we’ve been lucky to enjoy every moment of it.
And most of all, thank you to all of you — our guests — for coming back, supporting us and appreciating the love and effort we put into what we do.
This is my 20th season. Not always easy, but always worth it — and always with passion.
Come enjoy the last weeks of the season with our new game menu, local venison and all the flavors of fall. 🍁
