A unique restaurant inside an art gallery such as those found in London and New York. Across the road from the hotel and directly on the lake, the Restaurant Gallery Arté al Lago offers breathtaking views of Lugano as well as a changing scene of international artworks. Head Chef Frank Oerthle creates spectacular signature dishes in a menu that

specializes in lake fish and seafood. The restaurant has one Michelin Star and 16 GaultMillau points and is the only Michelin starred restaurant in Lugano. Frank Oerthle was awarded "newcomer Chef of the year 2009” by the GaultMillau guide. Gallery Arté features art and sculptures by a range of different artists, with exhibitions changing two times a year. See Art Gallery Exhibitions section for further information.
