Blvck Svm is a Florida-born, Chicago-based rapper whose debut album michelinman fuses fine dining and hip-hop. Known for filming in Michelin-star kitchens, his jazzy precision brings rap to the tasting table.
In January, he joins CAAA’s Behind the Key’s residency in Lucerne for five nights—pairing his music with Chef Pietro Catalano’s immersive menus in a one-of-a-kind cultural and culinary experience.

For the very first time, our dineology space became a one-night-only cocktail playground for the launch of Behind the Key’s by CAAA during Lucerne Cocktail Week at CAAA.
Simone Covan from Santa Firenze Cocktail Club guided the evening with artistry and precision, crafting cocktails that were poetry in a glass.
Noone Concept .vacchina .toscani joined us, co-creating refined snacks with CAAA, perfectly in harmony with the evening’s cocktails.
The night came alive thanks to our partners:
Dettling & Marmot — Hendrick’s Gin, Highland Park , Beluga Vodka Noble, Diplomatico rum.
