Our restaurant is designed around Swiss local products selected from inspired and inspiring producers, as well as spices, condiments, roots and Far Eastern tastes. A cuisine of sharing that invites us on a journey of senses and transports us for a brief moment in time from Europe to Asia. Our beverage menu is made up of natural wines, artisanal ciders, kombuchas from Lausanne, organic and local le
monades, sake selected with special care and yet still full of beautiful surprises. Concerned about the environment, we have set up a rigorous organization in terms of supply management of our products, waste sorting, consumption of polluting products and so forth. For us we are all in this together, we should all be ambassadors in preserving the beautiful planet we are so fortunate to live on.
