Autumn has arrived in Grindelwald. From 16 September, Dávid Imre Rózsa and his team invite you on a new journey at «1910» where alpine ingredients meet Asian-inspired fermentation. Kimchi, aged miso, and slow crafted depth define every course of the new season.

In 1910, Johann Hauser expanded the Belvedere, laying another chapter in the history of this special place. Today, our restaurant 1910 Gourmet by Hausers keeps that story alive — surrounded by original memorabilia and details that have remained with us throughout the years.

From the historic stove to the timeless alpine pieces decorating our walls, every detail carries a little piece of the past.

Our SONNEN APÉRO,O – Freche Kräuter is handcrafted by a small Swiss producer using organic Swiss apple juice, carefully selected herbs, and natural ingredients. Free from artificial flavours, organic, and created with sustainability and craftsmanship at its heart.

A little team secret: this is our Team Leader Erica’s favorite drink. 💛

This is one of the six unique beverages featured in our carefully curated non-alcoholic pairing, designed to perfectly complement every course of our menu. 🥂
