What is Kvass?

Kvass is a traditional fermented drink from Eastern Europe, made from bread, water, and a touch of sugar. Thanks to natural fermentation, it develops a unique flavor that is slightly sparkling, refreshing, mildly sweet, and pleasantly tangy.

At Café Bourdon, our kvass is handcrafted in small batches using sourdough rye bread and natural fermentation, creating a complex flavor that is both refreshing and full of character.

No artificial flavors. No preservatives. Just tradition, bread, water, and time
