Raw by Michael Adams is a non-standard concept that will serve seasonal, organic and low processed food to the guests. The philosophy is to bring people awareness to their health and support them with this lifestyle. You can choose between cold, steamed and cooked dishes. It will mainly be the Japanese way of preparing the ingredients, with Hawaiian and Peruvian influences. With the magic of the chef´s guests, you will get a whole new experience of Asian Cuisine.
