Crazy first 3 weeks back in the industry in Asia , from eating street food for a dollar or abalone for 100 dollars a plate ,going to meetings with driver in a Cadillac with driver using ferries boats or riding a tuk tuk to the market ,cooking with a unlimited variety of products , discovery a new culture great working force ! There is a special flavor in the air when you get of the plane in this area of the world ...,
