It seems another summer has come to an end.

A big thank you to everyone who spent a little part of it with us ❤️

And one big change this year: Villa Patria is now open all year round. 🌍✨

So, whenever you feel like taking a break, come and spend a weekend by the lake. Slow down, relax and enjoy some time for yourself.

A warm hug from all of us at Villa Patria B&B 🫶🏼

This is what a morning at Villa Patria looks like:

the lake view, before anything else.
A room that still feels quiet after you wake.
Breakfast without watching the clock.
And a place in the garden that seems to have been waiting just for you.

A small lakeside B&B in Brusino Arsizio, for slow mornings and unhurried days on Lake Lugano.

Save this for your next quiet escape to Ticino.

Nothing is happening here.
No rush, no noise, nothing asking to be done.

And perhaps that is exactly what makes it feel so rare.

A small B&B on the shores of Lake Lugano, in the quiet village of Brusino Arsizio, Ticino - for slow mornings, peaceful escapes and days lived at the gentle rhythm of the lake.
