We have a **40–60% position** open for someone motivated, curious, and ready to be part of a small team that works with seasonal, regional products and a lot of passion.

Experience in the kitchen is welcome, but what matters most is having a good attitude, team spirit, and the wish to learn and grow with us.

Back to the roots.

A unique culinary and slow-living experience is taking place from June 19–21 at — and you won’t want to miss it.

Organised by .studio.ch (former Restaurant Lokal Biel) together with guest chefs (former ), from and mh (former ), this event celebrates cooking in its purest form.

The mission: transforming a field into a kitchen and placing the table right in the heart of the action. Cooking exclusively over open fires, using only what grows and lives on the farm, while embracing seasonality, simplicity and connection.

Joining the experience are guest winemakers , , and .ch who will share their wines, stories and passion throughout the weekend.

Friday & Saturday — Dinner
Sunday — Lunch / Tavolata

For one year, we experimented.

With time, patience, and curiosity.

Hazelnuts from our region usually give us oil, paste, flavour —
and then the shells are left behind.
We didn’t want to accept that.

So we started again, from the shell.

We roast them slowly,
infuse them gently in water,
and grind them in our stone mill
until something new begins to emerge.

What was once a by-product becomes chocolate.
Not perfect. Not industrial.
But honest, regional, and deeply rooted in zero waste thinking.

One ingredient. One year of experiments.
Nothing thrown away — everything transformed.

For one year, we experimented.

With time, patience, and curiosity.

Hazelnuts from our region usually give us oil, paste, flavour —
and then the shells are left behind.
