On 13 June 2026, we will celebrate Global Wellness Day with two special experiences in the Salle des Rois. The focus will be on movement, mindfulness and conscious relaxation, guided by experienced instructors.
Whether you choose a gentle start to the day with yoga or a restorative afternoon ritual with Yin Yoga, breathing exercises and a gong bath, both experiences invite you to slow down, recharge and do something truly beneficial for body and mind.
