Thank you for coming to our Pop-up Japanese restaurant at LOLA the other day.

We're excited to announce that Japanese moms' kitchen is evolving into Aka Shiro.
Red and White (Aka & Shiro) are the colors of both the Japanese and Swiss flags, and in Japan, they symbolize good luck and celebration.
As Japanese moms living in Switzerland, our mission is to connect people through the joy of authentic, healthy Japanese food.
While our name is changing, our passion, values, and love for what we do stay exactly the same. Thanks for being part of our story!
