🎨 Kunsttage Basel is turning our beloved city into one big art gallery!

From August 28–30, Basel transforms into one big gallery with 66 locations celebrating contemporary art and we're excited to be part of it.

For these three days only, our Eatery becomes a canvas of its own. Inspired by the vibrant colours of , Chef de Bar Alex and Head Chef Vincent have created two edible masterpieces that are as beautiful as they are delicious.

✨ Case Study No. 1 brings together sea bass, pickled beetroot, radish, leek and spinach in a fresh, light composition with a surprising finish.

🍸 Pair it with our Dill-isch-es cocktail, where gin meets cranberry, lime, maple syrup and dill in a refreshing blend of unexpected flavours.

A feast for the eyes. A treat for the palate. Available for three days only. And while you're here, don't forget to explore the incredible art installations and exhibitions across the city – Basel is your gallery this weekend.
