Our passed hors d’oeuvres are elevated and mess free, made for guests who want to hold a drink, keep talking, stay in the moment, and taste childhood favorites, reimagined. Think burger sliders, chicken nuggets topped with caviar, and pigs in a blanket. From brand activations to corporate events, we keep the food moving and the party going.

Marko’s favorite thing about Lemons and Olives?
No day is ever the same. One day we’re at Dyckman Park for a brand activation, in the middle of real street energy. The next, we’re at a beautiful Hamptons estate for a magical wedding, cooking a delicious meal with in-season farm produce. Then it’s corporate events for top executives, with à la carte meals from our food truck, all while keeping a full calendar of photoshoot crews fed.
