Today is the day...it's surgery day! Praying for a successful surgery and a speedy recovery!!! My hopes is that by spring I will be able to start cooking again!!! I miss everyone of my customers 🥰🥰

I miss everyone soo much!! Thank you to everyone that has been staying in contact with me!

Sometimes God forces you to rest when you won't...Starting Nov 15th Due to a shoulder surgery, Chef Shy will be unable to do any caterings or cooking for at least 4 months😢. It's a hard decision but it needs to be done! It's definitely been painful doing what I love. But God has me and I'm praying that I will have a speedy recovery, coming back stronger than ever!!!

😭😭😭after finally being able to get the food truck to a mechanic to get it up and running by summer, I get the news that the motor/engine has locked up and there is nothing that can be done besides taking it to the scrap yard or getting a new engine which might be impossible to do because it's older. But when one door closes it doesn't mean another won't open. 🙏🙏🙏🙏 because this was news I wasn't expecting😭😭
