Most first-timers either over-order and feel wasteful, or under-order and run out by Thursday 😅
We see hundreds of orders every week, and after a while, the patterns become pretty clear. So we put together 4 things worth thinking about before you pick your meal plan size:
1. How many meals do you actually eat at home? If you're grabbing lunch out most days, a 5-meal plan might be all you need. If you're eating in for both lunch and dinner, 10+ starts to make a lot more sense.
2. Do you cook on weekends? Some of our customers love cooking Saturday and Sunday but want weeknights covered. Others want the whole week handled. Both are valid, and it changes your number.
3. Household size vs. portion size. Ordering for one? For a family of four? Our portions are generous, so it's worth factoring that in before you double up.
4. Free shipping. There's a sweet spot where your order qualifies for free delivery across the GTA, and knowing that threshold can help you plan smarter.
