FULL-TIME DAYTIME LINE COOK – BLACK KNIGHT PUB

The Black Knight Pub is looking for an experienced Full-Time Daytime Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

We are looking for someone dependable, organized and comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment.

Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of commercial kitchen or line cook experience
• Reliable and punctual
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work efficiently during busy periods
• Available for daytime shifts

Basic Duties
• Prepare and cook menu items to order
• Complete daily food preparation and portioning
• Follow recipes, portion standards and presentation guidelines
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor food quality and ensure proper food storage
• Keep kitchen equipment and work areas clean and organized
• Assist with opening and daytime kitchen duties
• Work with other kitchen staff to keep service running efficiently

Position: Full-Time Daytime Line Cook
Experience: Minimum 1 year required
Wage: Commensurate with experience
Location: Black Knight Pub, Yellowknife
