The darkness is back, and the Aurora have returned to our northern skies - which means our season at the wildcat has drawn to a close.

Meet the STAR of our brunch service:

Pulled Pork Hash …
our meat is slow roasted in citrus juice with spices, then shredded and mixed with a made in house birch syrup bbq and nasturtium hot sauce. Served on a bed of baby potatoes that are pre-boiled in spiced water before being smashed and deep-fried to crispy perfection then tossed in the NWT’s own Back Eddy’s seasoning salt. Topped with both pickled red and fresh green onions for a burst of flavour - this is our number one selling brunch item.

With just a handful of weekends left this season, make sure you head down this weekend to give a try and see what all the fuss is about. We recommend adding a poached egg on top for the ultimate yum!

we roll out some dinner items as a part of our all day menu. One of our most popular choices is the Hunters Pie. This dish is Chef Niki‘s take on a shepherds pie made with bison - butchered in house, slow braised in red w**e, featuring locally harvested Juniper. It’s topped with a dollop of spruce tip gremolata making this a truly northern dish! See you for dinner.

running weekdays and saturday evenings, our all day menu is all kinds of comfort food meets northern flavours. we’ve got snacks, sides, handhelds, and mains to choose from. great for sharing or enjoying all to yourself.

pictured here is our scotch egg, side caramilzed onion potatoes, bannock and jam, and the ever popular BLT. every item is made from scratch, all the meats are smoked, cured, and cut in house, and anything we can get locally, we do! come try something new today and let us know what you think, we are open until 9pm.
