Today we have fresh baked Greek Yogurt Cherry Danish, baked in store this morning. Limited quantity available, get yours before they are all gone. Good plain or we can add a scoop of ice cream if you like.

Thank you everyone who took the time to vote for us both times in the search for the best fries in Oxford County. Our journey has ended here, PB’s Fries in Ingersoll will be moving on to the next round, congratulations to them a good luck going forward. A big thank you to Heart FM for shining the light on all the independent small businesses that were lucky enough to be nominated to compete, and all the other mentions of businesses in their original post. Some I never knew about but will be making it my mission to try them now that I have heard of them, I encourage others to do the same. As a thank you to Heart FM, I thought they deserved some fries today for their lunch. Keri prepared them a feast, French Fries, Newfie Fries and some Poutine and I delivered them. I do believe they were enjoyed by all!

Have you been following the Dan & Marcie Show - Heart FM Mornings page and placing your votes in the french Fry Showdown? They are looking for the best non-franchised french fries in Oxford County. August 14th is our day, so make sure you comment on the Dan & Marcie Show - Heart FM Mornings page, not ours and tell them Mel’s Fish & Chips has the best french fries in Oxford County, I may be a bit biased, but I think they are.
