One great cup of coffee can apparently send you down a pretty serious rabbit hole.

Chris Edwards grew up drinking Tim Hortons like a lot of Canadians. Then a random stop at a small Toronto coffee shop introduced him to specialty coffee.

His reaction? Basically: 'Wait…coffee can taste like THIS?'

That cup led to makeshift pour-over experiments at home, visiting roasteries, learning about processing and roasting, and eventually creating something of his own: **Streets Ahead Coffee Roasters** right here in Woodstock.

Sometimes a business starts with a grand plan.

Sometimes it starts with a really good cup of coffee.
