We meant to get this post out a little earlier, but apparently tomorrow’s prep list had other plans.

Tomorrow is FISH FRIDAY.

We’ll have our fish & chips back with 2 pieces of Cod, our in House Made Beer Batter and in House Made Tartar Sauce, plus a few other surprise specials we’re keeping under wraps for now.

We’ll be in the truck bright and early finishing prep, getting everything ready and taking some proper special photos.

Photos to come soon, for now, just know Friday is looking pretty good @

Today we’re taking a break from cracking shells, deshelling lobster and smelling like the bottom of the ocean. We’re going back to the classics... And reminding ourselves that we’re a food truck, not a seafood processing facility 😅

Today’s special is our food truck version of Steak Frites.

A simple steak served right on top of a pile of fries, our in house Chimi Churri over the steak, our in house Fry Sauce on the side, plus a side Caesar Salad so we can pretend we made a responsible decision somewhere in there.

No lobster claws. No shell piles. No hours of deshelling.

Just steak, fries and sauce. Nice and simple. We needed this.

So skip cooking tonight & let us make you the steak dinner you deserve. Just with a little less white tablecloth and a lot more fries…

Happy Labour Day Monday, Woodlawn.

We’re opening today at 11:30 AM because, as you can probably tell from the photo, we’ve got a little bit of work to do first.

We’ve been up early deshelling this mountain of lobsters for one FINAL lobster day before we give our hands a break, let our fingers remember what it feels like to function normally, and maybe get a few extra hours of sleep at night.

So if you’ve been meaning to get your lobster fix, today’s the day.

Lobster is back at the window starting at 11:30 AM, along with our full menu.

After today, the lobsters can go back to minding their own business at the bottom of the ocean and we can stop seeing claws in our sleep.

We’re open 12:00 - 4:00PM today with the full menu AND lobster making another appearance.

Just a heads up, we will not be taking pre orders today. We’re expecting to be busy enough keeping up with the window, so today is strictly first come, first served while supplies last.

Here’s the plan for the weekend because apparently we’re just becoming a seafood department now 🤷‍♀️

By request, tomorrow is Fish Friday.

We’ll be serving 2 pieces of cod with our house made beer batter and house made tartar sauce all day Friday from 11:00AM - 6:30PM

Saturday, the fish & chips stick around, and we’re adding fish tacos into the mix.

Then Sunday… lobster is BACK.

Lobster rolls and Lobster BLTs will both be making their return, and we may or may not be working on one more lobster creation because apparently putting lobster on a smash burger has entered our thoughts and refuses to leave.

And because one day of lobster chaos clearly isn’t enough, we’ll be doing it all again Monday.

So basically,

Friday = fish.
Saturday = more fish.
Sunday & Monday = lobster takes over.

Plan accordingly.

Our full menu will be a go along with all the other specials.
