Unpredictable Dining is just that; hosted on the First Friday of every month in a variety of locations our guest chef will feature an extra special menu prepared specially for the occasion.
Due to availability and seating limitations we are not able to accommodate any food substitutions or dietary restrictions. Each season we make sure to host two vegetarian and one seafood focused menu, please reach out if you are unsure which is best for you! Located in, around, or close to Wolfville Nova Scotia, Unpredictable Dining offers a unique and intimate experience for its guests with our culinary team. Each occasion features a Prix Fix style menu to reflect both the seasons and local foods, and always showcasing the chef’s specialties. Our goal is in tempting all your senses making long lasting memories.
