Posting some noods I had during my lunch break. No nakedness here because this one is well dressed. This is the beef shanghai noodles and you bet I ate it all. Something about the thicker noodles just makes sense. It had the right amount of sauce to evenly coat all the ingredients. They also gave me a little pouch of fresh cut fruit and a fortune cookie in my to-go order (how did they know Iโ€™ve been eating copious amounts of cake in the past weeks?!). How thoughtful. I highly recommend. They also have an expansive menu of rice noodle soups and apps!

After a long week nothing beats a lazy weekend. ๐Ÿฅก๐Ÿ“บTakeout, snacks, and binge watching a new tv series. My boyfriend treated me to this weekend and I think this is my new favourite place for a Deluxe Vermicelli. The grilled pork and beef was the best I have ever had. Bursting with flavour. I could not put this down!

If you live in St. Vital, or nearby, I highly recommend ordering take out from Pho Cuu Long!
