We’re launching our 2026 fundraising campaign.

Food prices continue to rise, and many families in Winnipeg struggle to afford enough food. That’s where the Bell Tower Community Café comes in.

Every second Friday at the Bell Tower we share a warm meal and a chance to connect with others over a cup of coffee while listening to great music. And we provide food hampers to about 70-80 people to help their families have enough food to get through the week. It’s a vital community that meets immediate needs for food, but also meets the vital need for human connection as well.

To keep this community going in 2026 we need to raise $15,000, immediately. Can you help us provide much needed food and community connections?

Under “Apply your donation to a fund set up by this charity,” please select “Bell Tower Community Café” from the drop down menu.

All donations made through Canada Helps will receive a tax receipt by email.

Your donation covers the cost of our compostable bowls, plates and cups for the community meal. It covers the costs of the meal for our summer barbeques. And it covers an honorarium for our coordinators, who manage hamper distribution, volunteer schedules, and all the other details that go into making the café experience happen.
