Nato in Ucraina e cresciuto a Napoli, Denys ha sviluppato fin da giovane la sua visione dell’ospitalità, fortemente influenzata dalla cultura e dagli standard europei. Nel 2022 si è trasferito in Canada, portando con sé un approccio raffinato al servizio, alla comunicazione e all’esperienza del cliente.

Per lui, l’ospitalità è più di una professione — è una vera passione. Il suo percorso include esperienze in ristoranti di alto livello in tutta Italia, compresi locali riconosciuti dalla Guida Michelin, che gli hanno permesso di sviluppare una grande attenzione ai dettagli e un forte impegno verso l’eccellenza.

Denys è conosciuto per la sua energia, il suo carisma e la sua capacità di creare un legame autentico con le persone. Parla fluentemente diverse lingue, creando un ambiente accogliente per una clientela internazionale e diversificata.
