Island Fusion provides quality food at reasonable prices and offers local Manitoban products. Caribbean food today is not what it used to be; traditionally Caribbean people eat spicy and comforting food. A blend of African, Amerindian, European, East Indian, Arab, Chinese and Latin with vegetables consisted of those native to the Caribbean islands. Some of these concepts will be incorporated into

the menu, but at the same time it will be modernized. Modernizing traditional Caribbean food is about creativity and using today’s technology and cookery to come up with a flare that is attractive and unique. We have made the tough decision not to renew our lease. Thank you for this last year of continued support and allowing us to feed you our delicious food. We will have to sit down and think about our next step. For now, i will be posting a catering menu in the next coming weeks, so be on the look out for that.
