Today will be our Final Day open on Academy and we would like to thank all our local neighbors, it’s been an awesome 5yrs! But just because it’s our last day here doesn’t mean we’ve shut down so if you haven’t been able to get in, you can still visit us inside The Forks . Coming October we will be changing up our menu and will be serving our dishes that were only found on Academy inside The Forks. We will also be opening up a Desserts & Cafe on 272 Main St, so we look forward to seeing you there!!!

Hello Everyone just wanted to let u all know that we will moving our Academy location to expand, and that our last day will be next Saturday. This all happened super fast so we haven't had time to notify anyone until today as everything was just finalized last night. In the meantime we are still catering and excepting catering events. For your cravings and quick Fusian fix, please visit us at our place inside The Forks Market Fusian Sushi and our upcoming Fusian Experience Desserts & Cafe on 272 Main St. We will definitely miss our Academy location as it was a great start up place. But with our growing business, we are finding the space to be too small. We will keep you updated on what is in stored for Fusian Experience. Thank you everyone!!!
