Well it's happening..... after a long 2 year wait, I have finally received my acceptance letter into the 12 month baking and patisserie program starting August 2017-August 2018. I am so excited for this next step of learning and growing and becoming a certified Pastry Chef.
During that time , due to time constricts , I will be taking very limited orders. I thank you for patronage in the past and so look forward to serving you all in the future. 🍰🎂🥐🍩🍪

Other than CHRISTMAS sugar cookie orders - I will not be able to take on any other orders at this time. I'm currently juggling two jobs and am finding not a lot of spare time to be baking to my own standard. I appreciate those who approached me to do their cakes/cookies/cupcakes needs. This Is is only temporary, and I'm hoping that after the holidays I'll have more time to get back in the swing of things. Thanks and I'm sorry for any disappointment. Like I said - CHRISTMAS sugar cookies are still a go... 😔✌🏼

HAPPY OCTOBER 1ST. Halloween is definitely one of my favourite holidays, i've already watched "nightmare before christmas" 3 times this year so far. ENJOY.
