The Simon's Cheeseburger

This burger is about simplicity, balance and quality.
We grill a juicy beef patty and place it on-top of a heap of finely sliced and grilled onions. Smother on some chimichurri under a couple slices of cheddar. Top it with some thick crunchy pickles for texture and put it on a toasted and mayoed brioche bun fun Friend bakery.

It goes great with a crisp Pivo Czech Pale Lager from Barn Hammer Brewing poured by our beautiful neighbours at the Common.
