The Inferno’s story began with Chef Fern Kirouac, who after moving to Winnipeg in the 1970’s, began his culinary journey, working at various iconic Winnipeg fine-dining establishments. to make the restaurant a gastronomic success. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in preparing high-quality food, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
    •    Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
    •    Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
    •    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
    •    Ensure food quality and presentation meet expectations
    •    Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
    •    Work efficiently as part of a team during busy service times
Qualifications:
    •    Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred
    •    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    •    Strong attention to detail and time management skills
    •    Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
    •    Team player with a positive attitude
