Maple Grove Tea Room (www.maplegrove.weebly.com) Maple Grove was located inside the historical home and museum of Capt. William Kennedy, entrepreneur Closed due to our landlord The Province of Manitoba.

Kennedy House requires structural repairs and is permanently closed to the public, this action has forced Maple Grove Tea Room to close its doors forever.

Maple Grove Tea Room is no longer in business.

We appreciate your past support.

We were forced closed by our landlord, The Province of Manitoba, Conservation and Water Steward Ship, who have made the decision to close Kennedy House to the public.

The limited information that we have received is that there are structural and safety issues in regards to the building that require repairs. There is no set date to reopen Kennedy House Museum to the public.

Contact The Minister of Conservation and Water Stewardship for more information regarding the reopening of Kennedy House Museum at [email protected]. or to voice your concerns over the closure of this very valuable Historically Protected building.

Maple Grove Tea Room has enjoyed a very successful 12 years providing services in the St.Andrews area and we will remember many of our accomplishments for years to come. We however, will not be reopening or relocating.

We have absorbed many professional and personal losses as a result of the forced closure.

We thank you for your continued interest during the time we were located in Kennedy House. We accomplished many milestones as a result of owning and operating a tremendously successful restaurant.
